Jordan M. Sorokin
Principal Researcher · Amae Health
I'm a scientist and technologist who has spent the better part of two decades trying to make biological systems make sense — first in the lab, studying how the brain generates and escapes from seizures, and more recently building machine-learning systems for transcriptomics, organoid biology, and mental health.
I'm currently a Principal Researcher at Amae Health, applying ML to passive biometrics and speech to study latent mental-health states. I also tinker with side projects and occasionally write about ideas I'm working through.
